Celebrated my birthday here and this was a fantastic culinary experience and well deserving of the Michelin recognition. Everything is cooked on open fire, the food is fresh and drinks were fabulous! CarbónCabrón has small curated menu and the chefs prepare the food in an open kitchen. I enjoyed every bit of this experience. We had the ribeye, short rib, tempura onion, corn, and broccoli. Every dish was bursting with immense flavor. I am from Texas and are no stranger to good beef- CarbónCabrón understands meat and how to prepare it! The restaurant does have a dark and moody vibe and you are surrounded by wood. We brought our own wine and the staff had no issue.
Carbon Cabron was an incredible dinner for my wife, me, and another couple. We shared multiple appetizers and entrees, and finished it off with a delicious dessert. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire meal. Definitely would recommend to any friends visiting Cabo!
Highly RECOMMEND this restaurant. From the service, to the food, everything is 10/10. My husband and I are foodies and this was the BEST meal we’ve had in years. And the drinks were phenomenal. Shout out to Rodrigo, our amazing server. We’re from Dallas so we have a lot of restaurant options, and this blows all out of the water. The vibe is dark and moody… at 1st we were like what is this place but omg, worth it!
This place is one our favorite restaurants in the world and if you travel a lot, you know that’s not said lightly. The atmosphere is unique yet cozy, the service prompt and helpful, and the food… well you really should just go. You HAVE to try the corn appetizer. I’m drooling just thinking about it.
We just concluded our 2nd visit of the week, and we absolutely love this restaurant! Our server Rodrigo was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. We tried just about everything on the menu over our two visits. All dishes were a homerun! Anytime we’re in Cabo we will definitely come back. I’ve already told friends and family about our new find, and they will come here too. Always fun to find a new gem in Cabo, and this is that!! If you want a great high quality meal with equally great service this is your spot in Cabo!
