Carmine's Trattoria in Boca Raton is a planned second location, expanding from its popular Palm Beach Gardens establishment. It will offer a white-table-cloth Italian dining experience and will anchor the new Glades Station development, alongside a Carmine's Gourmet Market.

Carmine's Trattoria is an expansion of the well-known Carmine's Gourmet Market and La Trattoria brand, which originated in Palm Beach Gardens. The concept aims to transport diners back to Vittorito, Italy, Carmine's hometown, through authentic Italian dishes. The Boca Raton location will be part of a larger 28,000-square-foot retail and office space development at Glades Station.
