An unforgettable experience!
My husband and I attended the Charlie Trotter’s James Beard Honorary pop-up dinner, and it exceeded every expectation!The food was exceptional thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and prepared with an incredible level of care and attention to detail.
What made the evening truly special, however, was the sense of community. It was clear that this is more than a dining experience. It’s a celebration of the legacy Charlie Trotter created and the remarkable work Dylan Trotter is doing to carry that legacy forward while creating something uniquely his own.
Every aspect of the evening felt intentional and heartfelt. From the hospitality to the storytelling to the extraordinary cuisine, you could feel the passion and commitment behind every detail. We met wonderful people, shared great conversations, and left feeling like we had been part of something much bigger than a meal.
Thank you to Dylan, the chefs, the staff, and everyone who contributed to such a memorable evening. Brendan and I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return.
