Customer perception is mixed. Positive feedback highlights the enjoyable atmosphere, strong drinks, and the entertaining Hibachi chef's cooking tricks, with some praising the nicely seasoned and tender steak. However, negative reviews frequently criticize the quality of the Chinese food, describing it as flavorless and having questionable meat. Service is sometimes reported as slow, and some customers found the experience overpriced for the quality received, with one reviewer noting the Hibachi chef was 'boring' and only did 'like to tricks'.
