My overall experience was good. We booked a chefs counter seating and were seated very closely to the grill station. It was quite toasty, so it’s worth noting if you plan on doing the same. The portion for the chefs menu was surprisingly big, most dishes were pleasantly executed. The menu incorporated many authentic ingredients from northern Mexico with French techniques and some Asian inspiration, it felt like a nice blend. Our server was very nice but due to our seating we were having a hard time hearing him. Although I appreciate that multiple staffs came over to greet or to check on us from time to time.

We did the tasting menu and it rocked our world. Every bite was better than the last. The service was incredible, the food was jam packed with flavor, the vegetables were so fresh, and the cocktails were unique and flavorful. The spirits pairing was informative and delicious. The off menu guava y queso dessert was even better than the menu desserts. Absolutely floored by this place. Chef Caballero’s talent and vision are clear from the very first bite. Corima’s team is a well-oiled machine, and it was such a pleasure to watch them work together like a team. If you have the chance to do the tasting menu, I couldn’t recommend it more.

A very unique experience that left us with so many favorite bites. Squid preparation was novel and amazing. I will never forget the taste. Of tehshrimp soup. Taco was so lovely. The desert were amazing too. I highly recommend their Mexican pairing as well.

Very creative Mexican tasing menu. The cocktails are amazing. Service was phenomenal. Their version of bread and butter is to die for, the blood sausage taco was out of this world. Fun to sit at the chefs counter.

Food was delicious and the experience was lovely. Taking off a star because a couple sat down at the table next to us 30 minutes into our meal and by the end of the meal they got their last course before us. Service just slowed down a lot for us until the table next to us eventually surpassed us and it didn’t feel like the level of service you should get from a place with a Michelin star. We also ordered a cocktail mid-way through the meal and we were about to receive our last course and the cocktail still hadn’t come so we canceled it since they had clearly forgotten and my partner didn’t want to continue drinking so close to the end of the meal and instead of cancelling and making it up in another way they ended up bringing out multiple drinks for us to taste which is definitely nice but we didn’t really want to continue drinking (hence us canceling the drink). Not a big deal but definitely to be noted! Otherwise the meal was yummy.
