Cottage Inn Pizza

We ordered for delivery and when it came The icing from the cinnamon sticks got all over the one of the pizza box's and leaked into the crack. Didn't really want cinnamon sugar on our pizza. We paid for shredded parm to be added on both but there wasn't any on either. The crust on both was supposed to be garlic parm but it was only on one. There was supposed to be extra cheese on one and there definitely wasn't. They may look pretty but its NOT what i paid for. When i called and spoke with a manager i was basically told that it was my fault the icing from the cinnamon sticks leaked all over the place. He said that's what happens when you ask for extra icing..... If that's true than apparently no one should order cinnamon sticks for delivery. The manager had an additude and hung up. Even after being spoke to politely. We Used To love getting Cottage Inn's Pizza. But it seems like whenever we order,now, something always gets messed up,missed,or left behind.

Total came to 27.01 and I had to go to my car to get the penny...one small cauliflower crust 2 topping pizza and one very small Caesar salad made with iceberg lettuce, what a rip off.

Today I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza and I was pleasantly surprised. It was really good! It is made with cauliflower, cheese, rice and herbs. Gluten free and delicious. Thank you for offering this type of crust.

I'm from the Detroit area and this is the only pizza around here we get. Even when it's slammed busy the staff are kind and produce great pizza. Bless the staff that have to deal with some of these terrible people in Jackson. We got the supreme deep dish and it was fantastic and loaded.
