I love eating here as it is a great alternative to the standard "fast food" that is available but doesnt make me sit in a traditional restaurant environment.
Michelle and Tony have great customer service skills. Everyone was greeted with a welcoming smile and pleasant service. They were both so very knowledgeable of the menu and broke down each dish as it relates to what the customer may know. While the restaurant was busy, they kept up with cleanliness of the store and same customer service even with a line of people building and pickup orders getting processed. It was nice to even see the manager step in and help process the customer traffic.
The only suggestion might be to offer a "Lighter Side" meal that is not the kids menu. Many of the entrees are not suitable for a smaller appetite and cause the customer to always take home food. The kids menu is not suitable for an adult palate normally.

I wish I could give 10 stars for service!! Where on earth are you finding such amazing, friendly, helpful, and sweet young adults that are so customer service oriented? This is the third time I've eaten there and every single time has been a wonderful experience. Your employees really know how to treat their customers with respect while being sweet. It's so nice to see and they all deserve a huge raise! The food, well, Cowboy Chicken IS the best rotisserie chicken in my opinion--always full of flavor and very moist. And the sweet potatoes for a side just knock me out! They are of very high quality--I am picky about my sweet potatoes and yours never disappoints--actually they make me want more! The price is very reasonable for this tasty healthy food! Keep doing what you are doing and I'll keep coming there!! Great job!
My wife and I decided to stop and eat on Thanksgiving Eve...they were so busy with to go orders and yet were so pleasant and cheerful! Kelly was extremely patient and helpful...the entire team were courteous, kind, intentionally engaging, identifying needs without being asked and professional. The restrooms were very clean and well maintained. Great job!! The manager was down to earth friendly and seemed to get long well with his team.
I randomly found this place while visiting Plano and I was super impressed. The service was amazing. I was a little skeptical about rotisserie chicken but the taste blew me away. It's a counter service place. Family friendly. Plenty of parking in the front. I got a half chicken plate and it was plenty of food for one person. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend
I’d give them a 4.5 but that score is unavailable. This place keeps simplicity at the center of its menu, it’s affordable and relatively healthy. I got the Mexican street corn, a half chicken with two sides. The chicken is Amazing!! The skin has its own authentic spice flavor, it has a crispy bark and the bird is pretty lean because the fats are totally melted and caramelized due to the Wood fire. Great value, amazing taste and affordable.
