We expected it to be busy for Father's Day, so we joined the wait-list online on our way to the store, 20 minutes ahead of time. Online said it would be about a 10 minute wait once we got to the store for our party of 3 adults and 2 toddlers. When we got there, we were told the kitchen was slammed, so it would be at least 25 minutes. Not a big deal, we got there at 4:30pm to give some flexibility with the kids' dinnertime. We didn't get seated until 5:35pm. The waiter took 5 minutes to acknowledge our table. He took our drink order, delivered our drinks, then took 5 more minutes to take our order. The food took 30 minutes to come out, no apology for the wait: it was dropped unceremoniously at the table and no one checked to see if everything looked good. My food was cold, my husband's food was lukewarm, and the kids' food was piping hot. I let the waiter know and, to his credit, he offered to just remove the dish from the bill. He didn't offer to have it remade, though; he thought "popping it in the microwave" would be a solution. At this point, another group was seated at an adjacent table with a dog that was VERY CLEARLY not a service animal. In the dining room. Next to our food. I didn't even complain at this point because everything else had been such a mess.
My husband decided to give dessert a chance and ordered the s'mores brownie skillet. It was also cold. It had half of an unmelted Hershey's bar on top of it. The bill was dropped off for us to scan a QR code to pay online because they can't be expected to actually process payments, too.
The only saving grace were the incredibly kind hostess who was doing her best. We will absolutely not be back. It was not worth the time and money. Almost 4 hours of wasted time on Father's Day for bad food and poor service.
