El Papagayo is renowned for its high-quality gastronomy and unique ambiance, housed in a strikingly narrow space (2m wide, 32m long) that was once a repurposed alley. It offers a fine dining experience with a focus on local ingredients and creative execution. The restaurant is part of a larger concept that includes a small hotel (Casa Papagayo) and a specialty coffee and artisanal pastry cafe called El Papagayo Petit, where guests can enjoy a tranquil daytime experience or conclude their meal with dessert.
