From the moment we walked in, the experience was elevated by Caezar’s outstanding service. Attentive, warm, and effortlessly personable, he struck the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine hospitality. I jokingly told him he must have a “terabyte memory,” and honestly, it felt true — he remembered details, preferences, and added thoughtful touches throughout our meal.
The food arrived as a feast for both the eyes and appetite. The Burger Steak was hearty and satisfying, paired beautifully with crisp onion rings. The One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp delivered a bold kick — flavorful, vibrant, and perfectly spiced. We also enjoyed chicken wings that were tender, juicy, and generously coated. But the real showstopper was the nachos: an impressively large tray loaded with toppings, ideal for sharing (or bravely conquering solo).
What truly set the visit apart was Caezar’s attention to detail. He proactively recommended portion sizes, ensuring we ordered just right, and even asked how we preferred our burger meat cooked — a small gesture that speaks volumes about service quality.
If you ever find yourself in Ushuaia, and you’re searching for a lively, satisfying dining spot for family or friends, Hard Rock Cafe Ushuaia is an easy recommendation. And if you’re lucky enough to be served by Caezar, you’re in for an exceptional experience.
⭐ A well-earned five stars.
The Hard Rock Cafe most in the south of the world! If you are in Ushuaia you can't don't visit for drinking a beer or for tasted some delicious local food.
Location very spacious with many place to seat and on the upper floor it's present a bowling area.
Staff very friendly and price honest.
Didn't plan to eat at any chain restaurant in Argentina but, here we are. Food was great and loved seeing museum pieces on the wall.
Service was good and noise was not bad. Of course there is RnR playing.
Very empty although high season and evening. Staff acted a bit after that and food actually was not up to HRC standards. But in the merch shop I had a much better experience, talking to a young woman for 20 minutes.
I expected the food to be more generic, but it was excellent! The decor was as amazing as always, no less so based on the location. The service was great, as was the coinvent location. I wouldn't call this an authentic local restaurant, but it hit the spot for our purses and I enjoyed!
