Excellent customer service, and great food. They did a wonderful job opening week, and our experience was consistent with other locations we’ve been to. All of the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!
Just opened in Twin. Never understood the hype. Tried my first burger in several years. Nothing’s changed. Burger’s basic, patty almost dry & hard rather than tender, no trace of beef flavor. Fries are sawdust dry, couldn’t convince me they weren’t 3d printed. Strawberry shake was just sweet, not fruit, not a hint of strawberry. Better off at Culver’s.
Great staff and fast. The burgers look great and are definitely a good hamburger. Nothing special, but you won't be disappointed. Prices are fair. I skipped the fries due to hearing they're not very good.
I got a double double animal style. It was pretty good, comparable to 5 guys. However, the fries were cold, unsalted, and bland. Maybe I need to get them animal style next time. I ordered a large coke light ice, and instead got extra ice. Staff were super nice and were loving on my dog. I would maybe come back to try the shakes.
I’m handicap and as I was being led to the in n out parking lot I asked to park in the handicap parking and the guy that was directing traffic told me I couldn’t park in the parking spot due to someone was going to park in it so I had to find a parking in the other parking lot I was so upset as I waited for my food the handicap parking stayed empty as I walked out the parking was empty I was disappointed
