Ravi Kabob House is known for its succulent kabobs and flavorful curries, with a particular emphasis on freshly made naan. Customers note a unique, somewhat old-fashioned ordering and service style, with a cash-only extension next door offering additional dishes. Parking can be limited, with a suggestion to use the nearby Catholic Church lot.
Customer feedback is mixed but generally positive regarding the food quality. Many praise the delicious and flavorful dishes, especially the Lamb Chop Kabob, Chicken Karahi, and the soft, clean naan. The staff is often described as friendly and kind. However, some reviews mention concerns about the ambiance and cleanliness, describing the dining area as uninviting or having a 'food court' feel. A few customers have noted a decline in meat tenderness or spice levels compared to previous visits, and one reported an upset stomach after eating.
The restaurant has an 'old way of ordering and service' and features two separate counters for payment, which some customers find confusing. There is also a cash-only extension next door that offers a wider variety of dishes.
The restaurant operates Monday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 9:30 pm, and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Lunchtime visits are mentioned as having acceptable waiting times.
