La Maison Martinez

The place is beautiful, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. We ordered the afternoon tea and were told it would take 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting over 45 minutes. The food itself was average and not particularly impressive. We were a group of five and ordered two afternoon tea sets, yet we were only given one small plate of jam and cream, which wasn't enough. It was also very difficult to get the staff's attention. We waited a long time just to ask for extra jam and cream or even to request the bill because no one was around. When a waitress finally came over, the table next to us called her, and she left to help them before assisting us. Overall, the atmosphere is lovely, but the service really needs improvement.

Exclusive 5 stars 🌟 service, you feel royal indeed. The tea is made with pure tea 🍃 in a generous quantity, and the way it is served denotes a lot of class and good taste. The place is gorgeous, it gives you a lovely vibe. Staff is 👗 dressed up in beautiful custom made black dresses and the scenery looks a depiction from a Wes Anderson movie. Truly remarkable, cannot recommend it enough 👏

I dropped by early in the morning for a coffee and was instantly charmed by the elegant ambiance and impeccable service. What stood out most were the desserts — particularly the chocolate éclairs, which were simply divine. Rich, decadent, and expertly crafted, they were easily some of the best I've had in Doha. The selection of pastries is thoughtfully curated, and it's clear that great care goes into every detail. The coffee was smooth and aromatic, providing the perfect balance to the indulgent sweetness of the pastries. Whether you're popping in for a quick morning treat or sitting down for a relaxed afternoon tea, this place ticks every box. La Maison de Martinez is also very conveniently located, just steps away from City Centre Mall, making it easy to access whether you're staying at the hotel or in the area for shopping or business. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates fine desserts, premium coffee, and a touch of Parisian flair in the city.
