We visited the Läderach store on Bahnhofstrasse Street twice during our trip to Switzerland (June 30th and July 1st). Our first visit wasn’t the best because the customer service left us disappointed, so we weren’t even sure we’d return to make another purchase.
Thankfully, we decided to give it another chance before leaving, and we’re so glad we did because of Ana. She completely turned our experience around! She was incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different types of chocolates, answered all of our questions, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
This is exactly the kind of customer service every business should strive for. Thanks to Ana, we left with delicious chocolates and a wonderful impression of the store. She is truly terrific, and we sincerely appreciate the outstanding service she provided. (Ana you were right, the raspberry white chocolate truffle was amazing!)
Danke, Ana!!!!
Chocolates here feel truly premium. This is the Rolex of chocolatiers.
They offer generous samples. I tried the hazelnut and pistachio chocolates, both rich, fresh, and well balanced.
I picked up an assorted selection of chocolates, neatly packed and beautifully wrapped, making it perfect for gifting. Six pieces cost 9.2 CHF, which comes to about 1.5 CHF per piece, reasonable for the quality.
There is a wide range of options including chocolate barks, pralines, and many other varieties, so there is something for every taste.
Service was excellent. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to explain flavors.
A great stop on Bahnhofstrasse for high quality Swiss chocolate or a thoughtful gift.
I would like to commend jessica for her nice approach and professionalism with the customers, we are checking the place and wanted to try the chocolates then jessica approached us and lets us try the best sellers. Its my first time to try Laderach and i love it so much. Thanks to jessica!
Well everyone loves the chocolates how it tastes and rich in flavour , beside how they haw designed the shape of their different types of chocolates . But their hot and cold drinks are made well and very tasty , balanced .
One of the famous chocolates in the Switzerland and they have started this around early 19th century . They have a very classic and old money style
A must-visit on Bahnhofstrasse! While the chocolate is world-class, the service is what truly blew me away. I had a 10-minute conversation with Jessica, and I was incredibly impressed by her deep expertise in the production process. In such a short time, she shared so much fascinating insider knowledge and 'pro tips' that it turned a simple purchase into a real experience. Her passion and know-how are remarkable. If you want more than just a box of chocolates, ask for Jessica!
