Visited here with my wife on a Saturday night for a fairly spontaneous date night. First time here and enjoyed the experience. Street parking can be challenging to find, so allow a little extra time. Cocktails and by the glass wine selections were very good. My wife had a French Martini that she really liked and there were multiple wines available by the glass. I found a Barbaresco I really enjoyed. We started with the mussels, which were excellent. Had steak frites and beef burgundy for entrees and a peach and blueberry crepe for desert. Mussels and fries were both exceptional and worth trying. Steak frites was good but not served at the ordered temperature (ordered medium rare, served medium well). Beef burgundy was also good. Desert was outstanding. I would definitely order moule frites if I returned. Neat location and service was excellent. Worth a visit and we look forward to returning.
Cute cafe with awesome coffee and deserts! The espresso is bold but smooth and goes really well with their sweet crepes and other deserts. You must try the creme brunette if you visit! I will definitely have to visit again for their breakfast and dinner menu.
Walking into Le Petit Triangle Cafe, we were immediately transported to France. After being quickly greeted and seated, we enjoyed a delicious London fog latte and some coffee. My fiancé ordered the Boeuf Bourguignon and I, as a vegetarian, was delighted to find a Mushroom Bourguignon on the menu as well! The food was absolutely incredible, from the deeply satisfying mushrooms to the flavorful sauce, and the bread paired perfectly to enjoy every last drop. My fiancé was just as impressed, stating that the meat was tender and delicious, and all of the individual flavors were distinguishable. We both agree this was the best french food we’ve ever had. For dessert we ordered the Lemon Curd Crepe, and we were truly blown away. It was the most refreshing and tart yet sweet dessert we’ve ever experienced. We absolutely can not wait to return and try everything else on the menu again and again. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love everything about this place. It's the second time I've been here and it did not let me down. We didn't have a reservation for brunch, but were lucky enough to get a table. At the server's recommendation I ordered the Savory French Toast. I thought it would be weird putting maple syrup over butternut squash, caramelized onions, and wild mushrooms, but boy was I wrong. The only thing I would say is that a little more of the toppings would be nice.
My friend got the Nicoise Salad and says it was fantastic. She ordered a chai tea and had me try it and I have to tell you it was the best chai tea I have ever had. it's a very busy place and reservations are highly recommended. I look forward to going again and again. The thing I like is that they have seasonal menus so it's nice that they have different things. The servers are very gracious too.
What a great French restaurant in Ohio City. Our food and service was top notch. I had the beef bourguignon served with mashed potatoes and crusty french bread. Omg sooo good!! My friend had the bouillabaise with cod, mussels, scallops, clams, and shrimp and said it was wonderful. She ate ever bite. It comes with a toasted baguette. But then they serve my favorite dessert, chocolate souffle. It is so hard to find any restaurant serving this and it was by far one of the best I've had. We also had the creme brulee and it was also excellent! Our server was Hanna and she was wonderful!! Looking forward to going back...especially in the summer where you can sit outside. I would recommend reservations.
