We celebrated our wedding at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We chose Rosewood for its exceptional service quality and timeless, classic elegance—and it truly exceeded our expectations.
If you’re looking for an upscale venue with impeccable service for an important event, I highly recommend it.
I’d like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team, with a special thank you to Cesar, the Food & Beverage Manager, who was incredibly kind, organized, and attentive throughout the planning process.
A special thank-you as well to our server, Ezequiel Raynoso, whose professionalism and warmth made the evening even more memorable. Our wedding was truly unforgettable.
My stay at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail immediately stood out.
The property embodies luxury in a way that feels both elevated and effortless, nothing feels forced, just incredibly well thought out. Every interaction with the staff was warm, polished, and intuitive. They anticipate your needs before you even realize them.
What I appreciated most was the hospitality. It felt personal. Thoughtful touches, genuine care, and a sense that the experience was being curated just for you.
If you’re looking for a stay that defines true luxury through service and experience, this is it.
My son and now daughter-in-law held their wedding here last weekend. What an amazing experience with Jordan and the rest of the staff taking care of every need. The food was incredible, the service was top notch, and not a single complaint was heard. Could not think of a better venue to have this event at. Thanks for a remarkable experience!
My mom booked this for my birthday, and honestly, it was the best. The concierge was exceptionally helpful and kind because she helped me plan my whole trip, giving me tips and tricks on where to go, and what to do. 5 stars, extremely recommended.
This hotel has changed drastically in the past 9-12 months. I have always loved this hotel and recommended it to anyone who asked. It used to seem like coming home when visiting…everyone was so friendly and remembering us from our past stays. The hotel seems much more corporate and impersonal these days which is a huge disappointment. I have been a loyal guest and stayed here several times a year for the past 6 years and knew most of the staff. This visit, it was all new people at the front desk who seemed a little confused by their jobs …check-in was awkwardly handled and they had no idea I had ever stayed at the hotel previously. I booked through Amex Centurion and there was no mention of my benefits and I was not given the room upgrade despite the fact the hotel did not seem very busy. I did receive a call in my room later in the day asking if I wanted my Fine Hotels and Resorts benefits letter. I still have not received my final hotel folio through email as I had requested at check-out. If it were not for Whitney in the Lounge and Gerardo the house car driver who I have known for years and who both 9deliver the sort of service one would expect from the Rosewood brand, I’m not sure I would return.
