An absolutely fantastic dining experience and one of the highlights of our stay in Dubrovnik! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. Our waiter was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive throughout the entire evening. We were even offered a wonderful welcome mousse, which was a lovely touch and immediately set the tone for the rest of the dinner. The food was exceptional from start to finish. The appetizers were fantastic, especially the oysters, which were absolutely delicious. Every dish was prepared with great care and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. We also tried the Sparky Macaroni and the tuna steak, and both were outstanding. Everything was beautifully presented and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. And we couldn’t finish without mentioning the pistachio cheesecake, which was the perfect ending to an already wonderful dinner. It was genuinely one of the best cheesecakes we had during our stay. Overall, Marco Polo was completely up to our expectations. Excellent food, beautiful dishes, a fantastic atmosphere and, above all, wonderful service. A truly memorable experience. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special dinner in Dubrovnik!

A true gem in the heart of Dubrovnik. After an incredible first dinner, we couldn't stop thinking about their delicious menu, which led us to return for a second night—even though we were staying on the opposite side of town. While the cuisine is outstanding, the staff is the real soul of the place. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made us feel like family. Having dinner here twice during our short stay was the best decision we made. An incredible experience that I cannot recommend highly enough!

I understand why this restaurant has won Michelin recommended 3 years in a row. The roast lamb and duck were perfectly cooked and had great flavor. The side of peas & mash that came with the lamb were absolutely delicious. We were fortunate enough to snag the last table for 2 in the outdoor area and enjoyed a memorable meal in the old city at dusk. Our server was attentive and the wait was average. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting the area.

The most wonderful food and the service was a delight. Zoran was brilliant, explaining all the dishes and recommending wine that actually goes with the food not what is most expensive. The crab was sensational, bruschetta so interesting - something you can’t find anywhere else. The monkfish wellington was utterly divine. Don’t forget the gorgeous flavour bombs of the arancini. All recommended by Zoran. This restaurant only 36 people so you have a very intimate dining experience but make sure to book!
