Parking is not readily available for shoppers,
Biscuits sold in a hot room, all the soft cakes amd chocolates all melt and you end up bring home bricks of biscuits you got to slice apart ( e.g. jaffa cakes, chocolate hobnobs).
Avoid unless the bicuits are plain as they are the only things worth it when weather is hot.
No chocolate digestives, but plenty plain ones always there ?
Even the place i donated to threw them in the bin as they where to messy and hard work to split.
Opening times 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday for the biscuit shop. Parking is very difficult to find around there and is paid. Closest free parking I could find was Park Royal Asda which was 1km away. Probably best to take train or bus if possible
The deals are genuinely excellent value. Got a huge box of Milk Chocolate McVities misshapes for £7 and 15 pack of crisps for £1.
Please be advised minimum spend to use card is £5. Building is air conditioned so products will not be spoiled. Friendly staff. I will be coming again
For the past two years, I’ve been purchasing biscuits for my home and regularly donating them to charities from the McVitie's factory in Harlesden (London UK), and I simply couldn’t resist writing a review to share my experience 🫶👍🫰.
The quality has been consistently exceptional, and the customer service is always warm, professional, and helpful. Every product tastes just as wonderful as you’d expect.
It’s always a pleasure buying directly from the factory. The original McVitie's Digestives and Rich Tea biscuits are easily an 11/11 for me and my family, and the crunchy bites are amazing. I can confidently say nothing matches the genuine taste and quality of the real thing.
As I regularly purchase biscuits to support charitable causes, it would be greatly appreciated if I could have contact with a senior Officer at the Harlesden branch who could assist or advise when arranging larger purchases for charities🙏.
Thank you for maintaining such high standards in both your products and your service. Keep up the amazing work!🫶
Best wishes H Hirani
My interest in the original digestive is 11/10. The crunchy bites is a crave my gutts yearn for, one bite at a time. I have experienced some really fake ones in the Ghanaian market and it wasn't exiting at all. I could be right or wrong; could be a much softer option for customers who prefer them too. Our needs ain't always the same. If that's the goal, I get it.
Delicious iced gem biscuits as well as unicorn gems.
Both taste similar but the unicorn ones are prettier to photograph.
The choc gems are soooo addictive.
Other biscuits are also good especially the caramel digestives and limited edition ones.
