New Hotel And Restaurant

The place is fantastic. Large room with high quality bed. Very good food… and for a very reasonable price. But beyond all of this, I arrived yesterday with a tyre damaged… The hotel staff tried to help and fix my issue! The care is amazing. Thank you so much for your kindness and congratulations for the high customer experience.

Entrance hall is a bit of a wow - people at front desk very helpful. Nice grounds at the back of the hotel if you fancy a stroll. Great location for us visiting family that lived in Trowell (if you want to visit children at Nottingham University, it is ideal). Lots of places to sit quietly, with lots of books to borrow. Restaurant was very welcoming and servers were knowledgeable as to the menu - wasn't bad value either. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. Bar area was nice as well. Rooms were comfy & bathroom was nice - clothes storage was a bit limited though. Overall, would recommend a stay there but for a longer stay, the limited wardrobe space might be an issue

Helped to organise and held a 40yr alumni reunion weekend at the EMCC and most attendees stayed at the hotel. It was an exceptionally hot weekend but the hotel was an oasis of cool calmness and the staff were all unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and nicely decorated. There are a couple of minor issues which if addressed I feel would elevate the hotel further. Firstly, I feel that all the guest rooms should be given bottled water, not just the executive rooms. Secondly, the well equipped gym has no water fountain or water supply of any sort and would benefit from such.

Only staying for one night but had to mention that the staff are just phenomenal. The staff at the desk were great and very welcoming, as were the bar staff in their own right. I forgot to get his name but the gentlemen behind the bar in the black suit was really top notch, I stopped in for a small bite before going back to the room. The chips were some of the best I had! Perfect for a snack and had a great pint to go with it. I will certainly be back anytime I’m in Nottingham again. - James & Annabella 9/6/26

Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The staff always wore a smile throughout the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were lovely. Bed is comfortable and the room is well maintained and fully stocked with toiletries etc Conference facilities are perfect there too This is my second stay at this hotel and would easily make it a third
