Customers consistently praise the stunning setting, relaxed yet stylish atmosphere, and attentive, genuine staff who provide VIP service. Many highlight the beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent communication. The food is described as exquisite, with the BBQ and fire show being a particular standout. The DJ playing by the pool and great cocktails contribute to a perfect vibe for unwinding. Some guests, however, expressed disappointment regarding a mandatory buffet with a high price for non-hotel guests on certain days, noting a lack of alternative menu options for those with allergies or food preferences.
