Appointment time 6am. Arrived at 5am. Given door at 5:50am. 6 pallets on trailer. Unloaded got green light at 6:35am. Text from lumper service at 7am. Cost $225, paid lumper service at 7:18am. At this current time it’s 9:37am. Still sitting on dock waiting on call for BOL’s. Somebody needs to learn how to count. This is ridiculous, 6 pallets.
So this is a small place won’t take you in early for your appointment they open and start at 6am can’t park on the lot but there is parking a few feet away at the shell gas station and the diner across from shell plenty of parking o it also seems like they unload the big companies first I got here first then everybody else came and gone and I’m still here about two hours 6-8
Truck drivers - NJ Tpike(N) to ex13A follow to the right for North ave (E)… go approx 0.7 miles - turn left = IKEA Dr.. 0.4 miles- 1st entrance on right..guard will guide you to staging area.. bring paperwork to guard shack.. fill out checkin sheet.. once you re assigned a door .. back in .. and take paperwork to receiving office near dock door 1.. limited parking on street (at your own risk)… swing wide for path around building…

As one of the many 1 star reviews, I wanna add this one too. Their rating should be way below 2.7 on average because they don't deserve that. When people google the place they need to know that this is the worst out of the worst to go and deliver here, everything you saw in the comments before this one is true and worse, just avoid it at any cost
