My husband and I were craving pizza and decided to stop by Prometheus Pizza based on its 4.7 rating, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. We ordered the Spaghetti Western, and it was outstanding. The crust was one of the highlight, perfectly cooked with great texture and flavor. The hot honey added a unique sweet-and-spicy twist that complemented the pizza well. Personally, I would have preferred a lighter drizzle, but that’s purely a matter of taste. Overall, it was a fantastic pizza that I’d happily order again. We also shared a carafe of The Set Gamay. I chose it because I know the wife of one of the Hines brothers who co-owns the winery, so I was curious to give it a try. It was a young, light-bodied wine that paired nicely with the pizza. While it probably wouldn’t be our first wine choice on a return visit, it was enjoyable and certainly worth trying. All in all, Prometheus Pizza delivered exactly what we were hoping for an excellent pizza, a welcoming atmosphere, and a memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back.

We went to celebrate our anniversary with my husband, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. The food was absolutely spectacular, it truly transported us straight to Italy with every bite. What made it even more special was the service. Jimena went above and beyond to make our afternoon feel warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness really stood out and added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated. We’re so happy we chose this place for such an important occasion. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service!

A very quaint pizzeria that offers an amazing selection of pizzas and wines. If you’re into wine, I would highly recommend this place but it makes sense because it’s in Fredericksburg but highly recommended for a really extensive wine list.

Meatballs were delicious! Roxanne pizza was amazing and i loved how the flavors mixed! Thickness of crust is perfect. Service was kind and great. We sat outside on a beautiful 70 degree night on their patio!

Overall a good experience, coming from the north east my standards are high for a calzone. this was not a bad attempt, not to much bread. The calamari was also good cooked just right and wasn't chewy at all..
