Had a really good experience at Roast CCx. The place is huge, beautifully designed, and has a very premium yet comfortable vibe. The ambience is definitely one of the highlights, with plenty of seating and a great atmosphere for catching up with friends or spending a relaxed evening. The coffee was really good, and the food was delicious as well. Their bakery and dessert section has a great variety, and everything looked fresh and tempting. The overall presentation and quality were impressive. The staff was polite and helpful, although the place can get quite crowded during peak hours, so there might be a waiting time. Overall, a great place for coffee, food, desserts and a nice hangout experience. Definitely worth visiting if you're in Banjara Hills!

We recently visited ROAST in Hyderabad for a family outing, and the experience hit all the right notes. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambience set a great mood, complemented by attentive and prompt service throughout our meal. The food menu offers a fantastic variety, and almost everything we ordered hit the mark. We kicked things off with a round of starters that were freshly prepared, crisp, and packed with flavor. For mains, the pizza had a great crust with balanced toppings, while the ramen offered a comforting, richly seasoned broth with well-cooked noodles. The sweet side of the menu was where ROAST truly excelled. The French toast was wonderfully fluffy, golden, and indulgent without being overly heavy. However, the absolute highlight of the meal was their signature in-house roast special dessert—rich, decadent, and easily the standout dish of the entire table. Overall, ROAST delivers solid culinary execution, welcoming hospitality, and a menu diverse enough to keep everyone in the family happy. It is definitely worth a visit, especially if you have a penchant for great desserts and comforting cafe fare. We will certainly be heading back soon.

Roast is still one of my top recommendations in Hyderabad for coffee, desserts, and overall cafe experience. The space is large, there’s plenty of seating, and despite being packed on most weekends, the service is quick and well managed. The food is consistently good, and the desserts are easily among the best in the city. We tried the Ube dessert, fresh-baked bread, and Italian desserts, and every one of them was excellent. The only thing that didn’t excite me was the coffee. It’s good, but not memorable. After trying their pour-over, cold coffee, and flat white on multiple visits, they all felt similar and lacked a distinct character. I’d happily come back for the desserts and food, but I’m still waiting for the coffee to match the rest of the experience. Overall, a solid cafe that’s definitely worth visiting.

Kerala Fried Prawns and Roast Special Frappe were my favourites from here. We came here for a family snacks plus dinner. The ambiance is really good and nice to see the deserts all placed so that we can see them. The food was good and tasty. They also have valet service available. The service was good. Overall it was our first time here and it was a good experience. A recommended place it you want to have a cafe experience in Hyderabad.

Before writing the food review, I have to say the service was really poor I mean, genuinely bad. We were a party of two, trying to grab lunch on a hot, sunny day, and requested indoor seating. Since it was peak afternoon, our request was initially turned down, which we understood and didn’t mind. However, while sitting outside, water droplets from the spraying fan kept falling onto our seats and the table was not clean. When the food arrived, it was decent but not outstanding. We ordered mac and cheese and other dishes. The mac and cheese tasted artificial loaded with processed cheese and painfully salty. We asked the server to either replace or remake the dish with less salt. At first, they refused, claiming they couldn't do it, showing little willingness to understand our situation. After about 5-10 minutes of back-and-forth, they finally agreed and remade it. Considering the high prices and the food not meeting expectations, I don’t think it’s worth eating here. I used to dine at other Roast locations, and they were really good, but this one didn’t live up to the mark. Gelato was my only favourite thing from this restaurant.
