I have visited Sable Bakeshop twice now, and both times I have been genuinely impressed by the warm service and the quality of the food. Yesterday we stopped in for a cappuccino and an espresso, as we usually do, but instead of ordering the regular croissants we decided to try the English breakfast.
Wow!, it was delicious, hearty, and an overall wholesome experience. Sable Bakeshop continues to surprise in the best way possible. Highly recommended!
I have visited several times, both dining in and ordering takeaway. The desserts are excellent, and the service is very pleasant. The staff speak English and Russian and are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy great desserts.
This is a place where you can truly rest—both your body and soul. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is absolutely delicious. The hot chocolate was incredibly smooth, rich, and melted perfectly in the mouth. It’s genuinely one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted.
The service is very efficient, and the waiters are extremely attentive. I honestly don’t know what to recommend first, because everything I tried was amazing. I had traditional Georgian dishes like khachapuri and also sampled some of their desserts. We even ordered extra food to take home.
Everything was beyond amazing. I truly love this place. I’ve been in Batumi for the past ten days, and I’ve already been here four times. It’s a spot where you can genuinely relax and enjoy yoursel
A truly beautiful and elegant restaurant with a stunning veranda - the perfect place to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, we discovered this gem at the very end of our stay in Batumi. Had we found it earlier, we definitely would have visited much more often.
The breakfast selection is wide and diverse, and the quality of the food is excellent. The soups were especially delicious, and I had one of the best Turkish coffees I’ve tasted in a long time. The service was attentive and warm, with staff speaking both English and Russian. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
There’s also a fantastic variety of desserts to choose from. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent.
I highly recommend visiting this place - I’m confident you’ll leave satisfied.
I really don’t understand how this place can have such a low rating. The Basque cheesecake was phenomenal so good that I ordered a second one to take away to my hotel.
That said, I have to be honest: there were two problems....
1. I wanted to take a walk by the sea before coming back, but three dogs started following me. One was wagging its tail and looking at me the same way I look at my first Aperol Spritz of the week, while another one started gently biting several times my left leg. At first I thought they liked me… then after few minutes I realized they probably wanted the cheesecake, so I decided to give up on the seaside walk 😂
2. Eating two cheesecakes in a short amount of time might cause some stomach issues 💩
Still, absolutely worth it. I’d come back for that cheesecake anytime.
