Very beautiful modern restaurant with an excellent modern interpretation of pizza.
The respect of ingredients is very obvious, with recipes designed to value the real flavor of fresh ingredients. You can notice a keen attention to detail, the chef is clearly excellent at developing the recipes the pizza bases are of excellent quality and the fried dishes are crispy and not oily. Kudos!
Service is a bit disorganization and slow, but it’s not a red flag.
As to the flavors, I think there needs to be a push to enhance them a bit. The chips do not have any taste of capers, don’t be afraid to push more. The zucchini flower fritters could use more anchovy flavor, the cheese covers it completely. The prawn tartare on the nuda and cruda needs more flavor, perhaps a hints of spicyness or of citrus (like orange or lime peel), because the cheese covers completely the flavor of the prawns. Little details that would earn you a five stars.
Absolutely loved the Tenerumi pizza! It was such an unusual and delicious combination of flavors, completely different from the pizzas we normally have, and everything worked together beautifully. The dough was simply perfect: light, airy, and wonderfully baked.
The service was excellent as well. We didn’t have a reservation, but the staff handled the situation brilliantly and went out of their way to find a solution for us. We felt very welcome and well looked after.
A truly memorable pizza and a great experience overall. Definitely one of those places we’ll remember from our trip to Sicily. Highly recommended!
Tasteful, nice atmosphere, we went for the pizza but the starters were at the same high level, a place for sure to return to try the other dishes as well.
I had a really good time. The location is very nice, close to a cute town with a beautiful view. The restaurant is elegant and well designed. Their selection of pizzas is nice, they even have a vegan pizza on the menu which I appreciated. Their pie feels quite unique, a mix of different traditions that I had not tried before. Toppings and flavors also tasty and well balanced. In 2025 they were 32nd in the top 50 pizzas in Italy, Im sure they will go up. Totally recommended.
