Dreadful. Appalling toilet facilities for gentlemen, only urinals available. Also refused to open the disabled facilities for men's use although often open for women. Sushi counter should be removed and hot food counter reinstated. Wouldn't go back. Ever!

All staff miserable, checkout staff rude. I get it's dead in there but maybe a smile and being polite would actually get customers in. You work in the worlds quietest Sainsbury's it's not that's hard, hardest part is watching the time tick away.
awful store now, sell out of date food and are very arrogant and aggressive. used to have customer service, even that's gone along with regular tills.,if you have a big shop expect to wait..i'll never be back
very rude young management who are obviously used to dealing with shoplifters than normal customers..avoid unless you want frozen pizza and warm beer
I don't like how very much NOT environmentally friendly is Sainsbury's in general, starting from wasting trees on receipts that nobody wants, but some "genius" thought it's necessary to be able to leave the shop (scan on the gate). XXI century, but we will be wasting resources on idiotic things like that...
Really great, large supermarket. They have lots of different brands and products, great fresh bakery, good fresh fruit and vegetable selection, and lots of different gluten free, vegan, sugar free etc options. HEAPS of ready made meals too.
