An absolutely fantastic dining experience from start to finish.
The atmosphere was warm and cosy, good setting for a relaxed evening with family and friends. The seafood quality was truly exceptional, but the real stars of the night were the lobster and the jumbo prawns… simply out of this world. Fresh, perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful and presented beautifully.
A very special thank you to dear Saung for the outstanding hospitality and attentive service throughout the evening. Professional, welcoming and genuinely caring; she made the experience even more memorable.

We had a very nice dinner at Salt & Oak. Service is very friendly, seafood is fresh and delicious and at a correct price. Grilled oysters were amazing, so i ordered some extra. Would definetly recommend!
Part of this review is meant to be a constructive point of view based on my experience and not to be seen as a negative one. I ordered an 80grams lobster with tamarind and chilli sauce at $2000 bhat as I was looking forward to getting my hands onto that lobster sucking every meat out of those legs and shell! Unfortunately the entire shell was deep fried and lobster meat was chopped up and fried into the sauce. I couldn't really taste any lobster as tamarind sce was overpowering the meat. I could have eaten chicken as I couldn't taste any lobster. No meat on lobster legs as they were all dried up and crunchy from deep frying. Just an advice if you wish to take it. As people are paying a lot for it, it's got to have that lobster taste to it because it's satisfying! Maybe a drizzle of sauce on it or on the side but not cooking in it.
The best part however of my dinner was the sticky rice and mango! The best I've ever tasted. Service was great. Very friendly atmosphere.
Highly recommend! The food and service were both excellent. In particular, order the Sea Bass in Chili and Lime from the Thai section—it’s exactly the dish people line up for at Fish Cheeks, the acclaimed Michelin Guide Thai restaurant in New York. As a New Yorker, I can confirm this version was just as good and likely the inspiration for that dish!

This place is definitely one of the best restaurants we visited. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The ambience was nice too.
We had a few vegetarians in our group and they were very accommodating. The gravies were all superb and they provided us with vegetarian pineapple fried rice and spring rolls as well. The Thai red curry chicken was one of the best I have tasted. The prawns with garlic and pepper were really good as well. The seafood was also really fresh.
