Six Senses Ibiza

For three days, we stayed at Six Senses Ibiza with high expectations, expecting the level of service associated with a world-class luxury resort. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. Despite booking a Premium Room, we received almost no meaningful service throughout our stay. The concierge team was unable to assist us with restaurant reservations or provide the level of guest support we expected. We were repeatedly told that tables were unavailable, yet after speaking directly with hotel management, the same reservations suddenly became possible. This inconsistency was both frustrating and disappointing. Another major issue was the location of our room. Although we paid for a premium category, our room was approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel’s main facilities, which significantly affected the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. Luxury hospitality is not just about beautiful architecture or stunning views—it is about exceptional service, attention to detail, and making guests feel valued. Sadly, this was not the experience we had. The property itself is beautiful, but the level of service did not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of this reputation. We hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests receive the experience they are promised.

It has been a stay full of wonderful surprises. We came here to celebrate our anniversary and were welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness from the entire staff. When we arrived at our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities waiting for us. We especially recommend dining at the Beach Caves restaurant and trying the sea bass and the beef tenderloin—they were both outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We had an incredible few days!

Mixed experience during my stay. Upon arrival very warm welcome by the front desk team (Natasha I think). I also got an upgrade from a sea view premium to sea view premium suite. Room was excellent with a stunning view. They also have rooms directly behind the pool beds and I can imagine one not being comfortable there due to the noise/lack of privacy. You definitely want a higher category room when you stay here. The issues are mostly around the service quality. So many mistakes, oversights and not optimised processes shouldn’t happen at a SixSenses. If I compare it to Laamu or one of the others it’s very different. A few examples: - day of departure I ordered room service lunch on the SixSenses app. Ordered got confirmed/ After an hour I called and they have missed my order. So I had to leave to airport without any food because I skipped breakfast for an early lunch - food quality is excellent but they do many mistakes around missing requests/items or taking long. The team often sounded rushed or stressed. - there is no staff at the beach (not the pool), with no water and most of the times no towels. You have to walk up the stairs and across the pool area to get a towel or some water - many of the staff don’t speak English and generally communication is often unclear. I can understand that the qualified local staff pool is limited but then don’t charge these prices or limit occupancy levels. I can imagine off peak the experience would be much better. I hope they reduce rooms/occupancy and focus on quality control more. Ashame otherwise

⭐ 1/10 I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Six Senses Ibiza was deeply disappointing. During my stay from June 6 to June 9, cash disappeared from my bag while it was inside my room. The bag was only left unattended when we were at the pool during the daytime. I also personally observed a member of staff entering the room to check the minibar while we were away. After carefully retracing everything that happened during our stay, I cannot identify any other realistic opportunity for the money to have gone missing. What is most shocking is that this happened at a hotel that markets itself as one of the most exclusive luxury resorts in Ibiza. Guests paying thousands of euros per stay should not have to worry about the safety of their personal belongings inside their own room. The missing money included both euros and Russian rubles. The incident has left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and has completely destroyed the sense of security and trust that a luxury hotel is supposed to provide. After discovering the loss, I researched online reviews, news articles, and other publicly available sources. To my surprise, I found that I am not the first guest to report concerns regarding missing valuables during a stay at this property. This made the situation even more alarming and reinforced my concerns about guest security. I have requested that the hotel review key-card access records and security footage, and I hope a proper investigation is conducted. Until then, I cannot recommend this property to anyone who values the security of their belongings. Beautiful location and design cannot compensate for a situation where a guest leaves feeling that money has disappeared from their room and receives no immediate answers. Very disappointing experience.

We had an incredible stay - spacious, clean room & incredible food. We were particularly moved by the energy & wellness offerings led by Martina! The beach caves is a must visit ! I do want to note that I noticed my wallet was missing once I arrived home - I did not remove it from the hotel room at anytime as it was inside my luggage and all charges were placed on the room. It’s not clear to me where it was misplaced, and there were no charges to any cards. I reached out to the hotel a few days ago to see if it was turned it. However, noting the other reviews, I thought this was important to include in my review.
