My second time here. This time I got the same Ultimate Egg burger but this time it was much better - the right pickled onions, melting yolk. It wasnt medium well again - they tend to do everything WELL DONE but it was edible.
Located at the mall in the wealthy neighborhood. Cool looking place with modern and spacious interior. The price was higher than at other Stand locations - $14 vs $16 here for the same burger. My go to is Ultimate Egg and I ate dozens of them to know how they are gonna look and taste. The burger was surprisingly tasty even tho I asked for medium well and they gave me well done - the patty was dry and not a single juice drop was coming out of it. The egg was completely cooked without a melting egg yolk. The bathroom had no soap, tables were dirty. The service was good tho. Overall average, especially for the higher price. The standards are not the priority here.
I can only speak on the food as I did not go there in person. My cousin took the family’s order and drove it over to my house. I got the prime rib grilled cheese and it was sooo good, paired with the ranch it the bbq, it was love. It’s on the saltier side so one cousin wasn’t a big fan but 3/4 of us thought it was fire. The sweet potatoes fries were okay, they could’ve been fresher. One cousin got the fire fries, they weren’t a hit amongst us but I would def go here and try more things. The prices aren’t bad either!
I had the chimichurri steak salad and it was one of the best salads that I’ve ever had!
Fresh steak, greens, small slices of apple and cucumber, cilantro, light citrusy dressing, corn salsa! So much flavor, refreshing after a long day at the beach!
My kids also enjoyed most of their food, except the mac n cheese had zero flavor. If you like a simple buttery/cheese noodles, you may like it.
I ordered a turkey sandwich without avacado and onion and with the sauce on the side. We had it delivered since it had been a long day, I received a sandwich without avacado onions, avacado and sauce on it. The bacon that was supposed to be on the sandwich was about an inch long on one side the other side had a regular amount of bacon though. It was truly One of the worst sandwiches I ever got. With delivery I think I We paid about $30 for the sandwich that I never ate. The great thing was that the delivery was extremely fast.
