Where do I even begin? If you are considering a reservation here, don't think twice—just book it. The ambience is a solid five stars. We were lucky enough to be seated in the upstairs chef’s pasta room, which provided such a unique and intimate backdrop for the evening. We were a group of five and opted for the **Chef’s Tasting**, which was the best decision we could have made. Every single dish was unique, layered in flavor, and incredibly well-executed. We started with the focaccia, which is so good it honestly can’t be put into words—it’s a mandatory order. As for the mains, the pasta courses were the stars of the show: * **Rigatoni with Beef Cheeks:** Rich, tender, and perfectly seasoned. * **Lamb Cavatelli:** Deeply savory and unique. * **Shrimp & Crab Spaghetti:** Fresh, bright, and packed with seafood. We also rounded out the meal with the asparagus a perfectly prepared branzino, and finished with the chocolate hazelnut dessert, which was the perfect end to the night. Even the cocktails were next level—creative and expertly balanced. A huge shoutout to our server, Nicole. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making an already fantastic experience even better. **Via Locusta** is doing something special—we can’t wait to go back!"

My boyfriend and I went here for valentine’s day and the food and service was amazing! We did the tasting menu and it was a perfect amount of food for the both of us. Everything was well seasoned and the flavors all worked well together.

I was uncertain how good the food would be since the location is so prime but the food was amazing!! My boyfriend and I got the chefs tasting menu for only $56 each. We got 3 starters, 3 pastas, 1 meat and 1 dessert. The cocktails were to die for the pasta was so so yummy. Staff and environment also amazing, somehow it wasn’t too loud in there. Our only disappointment was the asparagus side but we will be back to try other sides. Definitely reccomend going here - the focaccia is reason enough!
