Great food, and everything is super fresh and quick. I thought I’d have to wait since it was a Saturday afternoon, but they keep things moving perfectly despite the steady traffic. Awesome crew all around, with a special shout-out to Leon and Judah for the great service. Highly recommend!

I am going to give them 5 stars because the food was wonderful but service was lacking! We enjoyed the atmosphere and getting together. We asked about a bar menu when we sat down and was told the bar menu is just for dinner but we could tell her what we wanted and she would get it, later she brings a bar menu like she didn’t just tell us there wasn’t one for lunch. Hostess stand seem distracted as well so we couldn’t tell what was happening with service today. Food was very good, hot, fresh and we enjoyed it

We drove down from Knoxville just to try this restaurant. We tried the all-you-can-eat lunch at Wako Japanese Restaurant and overall had a really good experience! The food was pretty good, the restaurant itself was really cool, and the atmosphere definitely made it feel like a fun place to eat. My only wish is that there were a little more variety on the all-you-can-eat menu, especially when it comes to the chef’s special rolls. A lot of the options seemed to have crunchy or tempura ingredients, so I would love to see more specialty rolls without those and just a few more choices overall. The atmosphere was one of my favorite parts, and I think it would be even better if they went all-in on it and played J-pop or Japanese music instead of American music. It would really bring the whole experience full circle! Overall, we enjoyed our lunch and would definitely come back. It’s a fun spot, and with a little more variety on the menu, it could be even better!

I had the all you can eat menu and I never regretted it. Worth the price! I ordered the Cowboy and Dynamite Sushi rolls and they are superb and all other food I tried are delicious. The dessert is also a must try! I had the Tempura Cheesecake and it was my new favorite! The ambiance is prestine and beautiful as well. Would definitely come back! Well recommended💙

Wako Japanese has only been open for about two months, and we had a great experience. The restaurant was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless, which is always something I notice. My daughter ordered the all-you-can-eat sushi and said it was delicious and well worth the price. Her favorite was the Lover Roll. I’m very picky when it comes to rice. I usually only eat fried rice, and even then, I’m not a fan of most restaurants’ fried rice—including this one. Fortunately, everything else we ordered was very good. My only suggestion would be to serve a larger portion of the grilled vegetables, as they were tasty but the serving was a bit small. The decor is beautiful, unique, and creates a really nice atmosphere. Overall, Wako is a great addition to the area, and I’m sure we will go again.
