We have eaten at Will's + Bill's several times, and have always had excellent experiences. So when the time came to plan a bridal shower, we checked it out. Perfect!! We chose the brunch menu - booking process with Zoe was seamless, pricing was clear, and such a great value. We received access to set up an hour before opening, and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. Everyone raved over the food and drinks (the colors!) - so much selection, beautifully presented. I definitely recommend for anyone planning a private party!
We came for a later lunch, not crowded on a Wednesday. We enjoyed everything! Outstanding service and great food. If we lived in the area, would definitely come back. We shared poke tuna (had started enjoying, then took a pic); egg plant salad and added crab cake, please do add a crab cake if you order any salad, SO good! Brisket baked potato good as well.
Came here for happy hour oysters, and they were huge! I also decided to try the tuna poke, which was DELICIOUS!! If I could give 10 stars I would.
Also, my server Corinne was amazing! She was so nice and attentive during my visit! I will 100% be back for more happy hours..
Had a lovely evening at Will’s + Bill’s Brewery and Restaurant a few weeks ago. The ambiance is warm and welcoming with Brigitte Bardot coasters and a subtle equestrian vibe — fireplaces, little lamps on each table, and a piano player in the evening that creates such a calm, cozy mood. I love it!
The drinks were spot on. I had the blood orange cosmo and it was superb. For dinner I ordered the beet & burrata salad and added grilled shrimp for protein. It was fresh and beautifully presented, though the dressing was a little mild for my taste, so I’d probably try something different next time. FTR - their wings are pure deliciousness!
For dessert we shared the cheesecake with cherry sauce. I’m honestly not much of a cheesecake fan (my friend insisted!), but it was surprisingly delicious.
I’ve been there before, will definitely go back. Always good service and a lovely experience.
Came here for dinner and totally loved all of the food we got. The Mac & cheese was amongst the best I've ever had! We did end up at a table with a leaky ceiling above us, but the staff moved us to a new spot as soon as we told them. My only complaint was that we waited for about 30 min to get the check after we told our server that we were finished. Food was amazing, we will be back for sure.
