Our table was graced with two magnificent meat dishes. The Beef Fillet presented a thick-cut portion, beautifully sliced to reveal a vibrant medium-rare interior, highlighted by visible grill marks. This substantial cut was thoughtfully paired with an additional bone-in cut of beef. Equally captivating was the Grilled Entrecote, a close-up masterpiece. It was sliced to a perfect medium-rare, showcasing distinct grill marks and a rich, deeply seared crust. The pink interior of the fillet confirmed its ideal doneness. Both dishes were a testament to skillful preparation, offering visually appealing presentations and the promise of tender, flavorful meat.
