Review of Marinated Anchovies with Chili and Red Onion
The pickled anchovies with chili and red onion were served on a white plate, carefully arranged fillets in an oil and tomato sauce, lightly garnished. A beautiful and appetizing dish. Alongside it, the Vermouth Spritz was wonderfully refreshing, served in a clear glass with ice, a yellowish liquid, orange peel, and mint leaves. A perfect combination to start the meal.
