The Ultimate Acharuli Experience
We absolutely loved the Adjarian Khachapuri (Acharuli), a golden brown, boat-shaped bread filled with rich melted cheese and a perfectly placed raw egg yolk. It was truly characteristic of this Georgian delight. Complementing it beautifully was the refreshing Mixed Salad with Cucumber and Tomato, featuring crisp cucumbers, ripe tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onions, lightly dressed and served in a white oval dish. A delightful culinary experience!
