Queen St.A seafood restaurant and raw bar in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, inspired by the Southern low-country cuisine.
East coast oysters, served with vinegar sauce and lemon.
A raw bar is a dedicated space within a restaurant, or a small standalone establishment, that specializes in serving shellfish. The defining characteristic is the preparation and presentation of live shellfish, shucked to order. While raw options are common, raw bars may also feature cooked seafood served cold, alongside other seafood-based dishes and non-seafood items.
