This hotel was a disappointment the moment we checked in. That customer service rep probably should not be the first person a customer encounters.
Be prepared to be "nickeled and dimed". The room was poor: small, the bed is folded and when you unfold it, you realize just how small the place is; you can hardly squeeze yourself between the bed and the wall-mounted TV. No microwave, no windows treatments. The ceiling in the hallway is so low, it gives you a feeling of being closed in.
They charge a daily fee for room amenities like the TV, etc. There is one coffee station and it's on the 2nd floor. It is just one dispenser. The place felt like an inner-city hospital.
Also, If you drive, be prepared to he surprised: $50 daily, but if you intend to drive in an out during the day, it's $60. Forget about breakfast, that's $28 /person. Fees, fees, and more fees.
Thursday morning, around 8 or 9 AM, we went to the 2nd floor for some coffee, there were no cups, and the coffee station was out of order. Pathetic!
I will say this though, all my encounters with the support staff were wonderful.
Your best bet is the Holiday Inn, about a mile away. We left the Yotel on Thursday and went there, it was wonderful.
