Bakery and More is a bakery and cafe located in the Bat Galim neighborhood of Haifa, close to Rambam hospital. It specializes in French-style products, handmade croissants, and sourdough breads made from special flours. The establishment also offers a variety of unique sandwiches, fresh pastries, and real European coffee, with tables available for outdoor seating.
Customer perception is mixed. Many appreciate the delicious sandwiches, good borekas, and fresh products, as well as the quality coffee. However, some customers find the prices to be a bit high and have occasionally noted that certain items can taste stale or not entirely fresh. The quality of coffee, particularly decaf, has also received some criticism, leading to it being described by some as an 'average neighborhood bakery' while others consider it a 'cool place'.
The bakery prides itself on using special flours for its sourdough breads and serving real European coffee. It provides a casual setting with street-side tables for customers to enjoy their purchases.
As a bakery and cafe offering coffee, pastries, and sandwiches, it is likely ideal for breakfast, brunch, and lunch throughout the day.
