Our meal was a true delight, starting with the impressive Whole Grilled Fish. Two beautifully seasoned and slightly charred fish were presented on a rustic wooden board, one larger than the other, making for a fantastic centerpiece that promised a flavorful experience. Alongside, we savored the generous Assortment of Fried Fish, a platter brimming with various small, whole fish, each piece golden brown and wonderfully crispy – a testament to perfect frying. To complete this seafood feast, a bowl of classic Pommes Frites, perfectly golden and lightly seasoned, was served, providing a satisfying and classic accompaniment to the fresh fish.
I am writing this while still waiting for my fish to be grilled - it has been an hour, in increments of "another 15 minutes", "another 5 minutes". This is honestly terrible - what a bummer that this happened on my last day in Batumi 😞
