Customer feedback is mixed. Many praise the quality of drinks, particularly the cocktails, and highlight the 'awesome' food and 'wonderful nights'. The Sunday brunch with live singing is also a popular feature. However, some reviews mention high prices (especially for drinks without food), slow service, and rigidity regarding special requests like bringing birthday cakes. There are also complaints about inconsistent entry policies and staff behavior.

Weekends, particularly Friday and Saturday nights for the club/nightlife experience, and Sundays for brunch.
