Bōs Taurus was such a fun dining experience and definitely worth the visit. The steak was excellent and cooked perfectly, but honestly, the risotto completely stole the show for me. It was incredibly flavorful, rich without being too heavy, and one of those dishes you keep thinking about after the meal is over. The atmosphere has a really lively energy to it. It was a little loud during our visit, so maybe not the place if you are looking for a super quiet dinner. The service was great, the food came out well paced, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. You can tell there is attention to detail in both the food and the overall experience. Between the quality of the steak, the standout risotto, and the energetic atmosphere, this is definitely a place I would recommend if you are in Bend and looking for a memorable dinner spot.

This place is 10/10, comparable to top fancy steakhouses you’d find in major metro areas. They even have a knife menu for you to choose from. Steaks were great and cooked correctly. Also having A5 on the menu in Bend surprised me. Definitely worth going if you like fancy steakhouses.

Absolutely amazing food and service! We ordered the "send it" and were treated to a full seven-course meal of the chef's hand-selected creations, including several items not normally on the menu. Our server was very knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. Highly recommend this fine dining experience!

What a wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable and our server, Sarah, was impeccable. The food is amazing. I was so excited when we received our A5 Wagyu tasting and Bo’s Tasting board that I literally forgot to take a picture, but rest assured some of the best steak and Kobi I have enjoyed. It’s an experience you will remember and very educational… The only thing better were the friends we shared with, we’ll be back. Alsco linen Service Thanks You for a memorable evening.

OK bear with me, this may be more money for a meal than you’re used to, but the experience is well worth it! The food is beyond exceptional. I eat all around the world, and this was one of the top 10 dining experiences. But the people made it over the top. Judd wasn’t even our server but spent time with us a couple of times to converse with us answer questions and check-in and how we were doing. Alex was a very engaging young lady who serviced our table on a regular basis. Joshua was frigging awesome! He serviced our table to an unbelievable degree and was incredibly personable. Brett the GM wasnt afraid to deliver plates and clean them up and converse with the patrons. Has a good handle on the staff and situation for sure. But let’s talk about Toni Jo our server…OMG!!!! So awesome! Incredibly knowledgeable, personable, beautiful and efficient! If I wasn’t happily married I would ask her to marry me! Can not wait to return!
