Worst CFA, the new renovations made everything slow, lower quality and rude service. Just picked up my order and items were missing from the order. When I mentioned that they were missing they were rude and didn’t fix the issue. The large fries have the same amount as the regular size but cost more. My shake had a bug in it from the pictures you see. Most likely not returning to this location.

First one in like at drive thru at 6am sharp. I order 15 regular chicken biscuits at 10 spicy. Says it will take 30 minutes… was trying to pick up breakfast for the emory university cardiac surgery team. I will never go to chick fil an again for a bigger party. That is the equivalent of 5 cars coming through each wanting 5 biscuits. Yall did not make enough to serve 5 cars??

The service at Chick-fil-A was very impressive. My order was taken and prepared quickly, and the wait time was minimal. Even though the table was already clean and slightly damp, the staff came over and wiped it down again to make sure we were comfortable. That level of attention to detail is rare. The employees were very polite, friendly, and genuinely cared about our experience. All of this created a very pleasant atmosphere and left me with only positive impressions.

I really enjoy coming here, the atmosphere is always so welcoming. I went to this location and was welcomed by Mehki. He greeted me with a smile, asked me politely for my order. Asked if I wanted any special instructions, like salt on my fries and if I wanted cheese and bacon. He made sure I got extra ice in my sweet tea. After I got my receipt, I didn't want long and he handed me more order with a smile and care before wishing me a good day. He's very nice and I will certainly visit again!

I called to report that an order I placed had not been fully fulfilled when I left the drive through. This was after sitting in line for 10+ minutes and being told by a worker I needed to pull up while trying to check my food at the window. I proceeded to call once I got home because half my order was missing. I was told it would be resolved and was to be put on a short hold. I was on hold for 35+ minutes and then they hung the phone up on me. I tried to call back and it went to immediate voicemail. It’s a shame because the food I did get was delicious! But the multiple interactions I had in the drive through and pouring me on hold just to hang up on me really leads me to not come back.
