Cranston Diner

We went for the first time because we were in Cranston on business. The service and atmosphere started out perfect. The food arrived and we quickly noticed that it was extremely salty ( home fries and corned beef) The eggs were good and the blueberry pancakes were excellent! I dont think i will be going back because the salt was really over the top. Maybe after some time passes i may miss those pancakes, and try you again!

Placed an order for delivery to my hotel. Our courier Karen was early, thank you Karen! However, the food was absolutely disgusting. Burnt toast, bacon, and home fries. The short stack of pancakes were rubbery. The Western and the Mediterranean omelets were overdone and had no flavor. The sausage was undercooked, if that was sausage. The bacon besides being burnt was delivered wrapped in greasy foil. WHAT THE HECK. The only food half way decent was the fruit bowl, but I didn't think I should chance it either. So, that's what you get when you don't just get up and go to the market and make your own breakfast. Spent $57.00 on crap. My dogs sniffed the bacon ans sausage and didn't want to eat it. Very dissatisfied, anyone who knows about food and how it should look and taste please stay away from this place!! My husband took two bites and had to go lay down with an upset stomach. 😡

Never have an issue here till today, I came in to pick up food and I stood there for a few minutes but felt like I was in the way so I sat down to patiently wait, the young girl with dark hair definitely saw me and you could tell she was avoiding me, the other waitresses were very busy, she wasn't. Then a guy walks in and was instantly greeted and given his food and on his way. So now I am a little frustrated so I go up and say excuse me to the blonde older woman who took him I said I've been waiting and nobody has even asked if I needed help and she was rude, had an attitude said she didn't see me sitting there for 10 minutes and it would be a while on my food ...it's just annoying why did every one try to avoid me instead of just asking what I was there for? I always go in there and the waitresses are phenomenal idk what was going on today

Its your standard breakfast diner experience. Nice layout inside, the parking was almost full from all the businesses in the little plaza. I got the steak and cheese omelette. Thought it was really good.

If you like good food an exceptional service you certainly want to stop at this restaurant. The food was outstanding and more than I could have ever eaten. It was a fun breakfast because the people are full of energy.
