A highly acclaimed pizzeria in the historic Borgo Santa Lucia neighborhood of Naples, known for its award-winning pizzas and refined dining experience.
Australian here. I have not had better pizza ever either at home or in all my travels. This was the first place we have fine in Naples. It took me 20 minutes just to choose what to have. Talk about spoilt for choice! Crust was like a chewy cloud and so tasty. Toppings were delicious.
The staff were very friendly as well. And the neighbourhood is very pretty. Walk around the corner for views of the bay. Stunning day or night.
Great pizza. We somewhat randomly picked Diego’s among some of the more well know pizza places around Naples and it was fantastic. Service was a little inconsistent…but overall it was fine. Would recommend and would come back without question.

Really amazing restaurant. If you want to experience true Italian dinner in Naples, Diego is the place to go. I love the restaurants where you don't have 1 million choices for food, I prefer Diego style, where you have one page menu. I believe everything from it is amazing even though we did had only 2 dishes. We had a raw crudo starter which was absolutely delicious and we shared a plate from the photo which right now I can't remember the exact name in Italian, but it was to die for. We had a bottle of white wine from Avelino and it complimented our dinner to perfection. The last, but not the least, the service from Rosario and Luigi made our night as they were super attentive and absolutely fun. You will see us again guys.

Went here for dinner one night in late December after a long day travelling. The missionary that we stayed with recommended this restaurant and took the whole team to try it. We had to wait a long time (20-30 min) to be seated, but tbf we had a large party. Atmosphere was lively, service was amazing, and the food was delicious! They don't have physical menus except in the doorway, you need to scan QR codes on the tables. If you cannot understand italian, id advise you double check what you're ordering with google translate or something bc you could end up with something you dont want. you can never go wrong with a margherita pizza tho. I remember having a language barrier with some of the waiters there, but they were very friendly, laughed with us and did their best to serve us well. i ordered a non-alcoholic drink that i really liked there, but i dont remember what it was called. their volcano dessert was really good, as well as the lemon one. 10/10 recommend.

This was our dinner on our first night in Naples, the pizza was amazing. I am Celiac and they have a 100% gluten free cooking area and I felt very safe eating the pizza. Out of all the pizza we ate in Naples this was our favorite. We wouldn’t really recommend the wine though, it was bad we didn’t even finish our glasses since they only have 1 wine by the glass. Your food will come out in 10 minutes, just eat there and walk down the street to a wine bar.
