It was not only the food that was great, the pairing, the service, the atmosphere were all great. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu written in Korean for me - even if I was the only Asian customer. Special thanks to Yewon, for her wonderful explanation and recommendation of wine and food - it was a great pleasure! I didn't know Tempranillo was that good.
As we are in Spain some of the course was a bit salty for me, and the pairing brought the perfect balance to it! And huge shout out to the In-house kombucha - this is more than amazing! It's pairing with the citrusy dessert was perfect, flavor profile amplify each other, while its delicate acidity balanced the sweetness perfectly. Too bad I forgot to take picture of that Kombucha.
We were finally able to try this restaurant, and enjoy the wonderful 9 course tasting menu. The staff and food were absolutely fantastic! Rosa and Noe were our two main servers, and were beyond wonderful! Looking forward to trying their main lunch or dinner menu.
Having worked at Hotel Arts, 10 years ago in Conferencing, it was a lovely experience to be back as a guest of the restaurant of the hotel and show my husband the facilities I spent a year working in.
The service at Enoteca was professional, yet warm and friendly and and everything was served to us very elegantly by Ada, Lavinia and Cristina, who looked after us throughout our meal. All were very knowledgeable about what they were serving and effortlessly anticipated our needs without ever needing to be asked. I believe one of the girls even accompanied my husband outside on his smoke break purely to keep him company and ensure he had everything he needed, which we thought was very sweet.
It must also be noted that the service felt very relaxed, with little in the way of the pushy upsells that are so typical of many similar establishments. Supplementary extras were mentioned once and not pushed again, the water wasn't needlessly topped up and replaced for a new bottle, the wine wasn't overpoured in the hopes another bottle was purchased. It's refreshing to visit a starred Michelin restaurant that does not give the impression of being greedy.
We have dined at a multitude of Michelin 1-3 star establishments in both the UK and abroad, and this was certainly up there in one of the top 5. Bravo to some very talented chefs! Every course was beautiful - our particular favourites were the cockle tartette, the red prawn with red Thai curry sauce and the langoustine rice - phenomenal.
Thank you to all involved in making our experience a memorable one. Faye Stevenson
Everything from the 12 courses of amazing foods, treats and wines. To the teamwork from placing a glass or plate on your table, just incredible. The service and knowledge of food and wines is unmatched. All of the staff members where so sincere and sweet, making our honeymoon experience truly out of this world. We couldn't thank you enough 🙏
As for the Michelin starred place everything was perfect. We had the tasting menu in Jan 2022 and it was delicious, but we would appreciate maybe more variety. Some of the dishes were composed of similar ingredients. All delicious of course. Service was impeccable. Very small and cozy place. We had a chance to stay at the hotel as well so it was a nice perk to eat right at the hotel restaurant. The bottle of wine was an excellent touch. Once they update the tasting menu for the new season we will come back for sure.
