The service is some of the best I have experienced whilst at an airport and I have been fortunate enough to be in various businesses/first class lounges.
A complete different experience compared to the regular lounge offerings. It is much more pleasant and enjoyable.
Both Sally and Sharron were excellent hosts.
The private/separate security and the drive to the gate was superb.
The most blissful airport experience ever! I travel a lot and this is so relaxing and calming and makes a wonderful departure to any holiday. The staff and food is incredible. No more stress at the airport, security stress gone- private security ensures a relaxed environment. It’s worth every penny! The staff take care of everything from checking in your bags while you relax and eat outstanding food, to driving you in a bmw to the plane gate when it’s time.

Backstage

You’re taken from the lounge through the airfield and you can see all the planes in position, the fire engines, the gates etc from a unique view. When we arrived at our gate we felt like royalty.

We had a wonderful experience at the lounge! It was such a calm and relaxed environment. I would recommend to everyone. My biggest reason for writing this review is just to say how absolutely wonderful Sally was with me and my family. She was so welcoming and friendly. We had such lovely conversations with her. She honestly couldn’t have been more helpful! We hope to see her on our next trip! :)
