Fredericksburg Brunch Co. is a family-owned restaurant, part of the Nurys Hospitality Group, offering an upscale brunch experience with craft cocktails. It aims to provide quality dishes and warm hospitality in a clean, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere.
Customer Perception
Customer feedback is generally positive, highlighting exceptional food, atmosphere, and service, with a special mention for a waiter named Norman. Dishes like the Strawberry Pancakes and Crab Cake Eggs Benedict receive high praise. However, some customers have noted long wait times, a policy against separate checks for groups, and occasional issues with noise levels, cramped seating, or specific dish preparations (e.g., dense pancakes, bland potatoes, un-crisp bacon). A cockroach sighting was also reported, though handled professionally.
Fredericksburg Brunch Co. is located at 902 S Adams St, Fredericksburg, Texas 78624. It is known for its selection of craft cocktails, including Mimosas, Spritzes, Martinis, and other classic drinks, alongside a wine list.
The restaurant is open from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and is closed on Thursdays. Weekdays might offer a less busy experience compared to weekends, and arriving early or later in the lunch period could help avoid peak brunch rush, as wait times can be long.

Fredericksburg Brunch Co. absolutely delivered one of the best brunches we've had in Fredericksburg. Everything from the atmosphere to the food was exceptional.
The strawberry pancakes were outstanding, piled high with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. They were fluffy, flavorful, and the perfect balance of sweet. The highlight for me, though, was the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict. The crab cakes were packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and paired beautifully with the poached eggs and rich hollandaise sauce. Every bite was fantastic. The coffee was also excellent and served in a mug that seemed to have an unlimited supply of happiness inside.
A huge shoutout to Norman, our waiter! Norman was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. His recommendations were spot on, he checked on us at all the right times, and his positive attitude made the entire experience even better. Great servers can make a meal memorable, and Norman definitely did that.
The restaurant itself was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxing brunch atmosphere that made it easy to sit back and enjoy the morning.
If you're visiting Fredericksburg and looking for an incredible brunch spot, this is it. Great food, excellent coffee, and some of the best service we've experienced anywhere.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars all day long. Ask for Norman if you can. He's a rockstar! 🥞🦀☕🍳👏
Well we thought this might be a better than average place not at all. It compares to eating at a Danny's but with adult beverages available. First of all if your a group they will not do separate checks we were 6 people or three couples. Time to wait for a tabke we were told 45 minutes it took over one hour 75 minutes to be exact. Definitely not worth the wait. Now for the food the crab cakes not good at all almost to the point of burnt ltlle flavor. Pancakes not fluffy at all real dense. The breakast potatoes are very bland. The Country Omelet was very good and flavorful and Eggs Benedict done well. If you are going for a little better experience than Denny's or similar type restaurant dont expect it from this place. Seating is very cramped table tops are small. The tables are set with real cloth and glass that's a plus. Try this place with caution it will depend on your wait time and food selected.
Went for lunch for my Wife's birthday. Came at a good time as it wasn't overly busy and got a table right away. Service was great as was the food. Really enjoyed this place.
My wife and I visited Fredericksburg Brunch Company on a Friday morning before a day of wine tasting. Overall, we were happy with the dishes we ordered — the Eggs Benedict and the Crab Benedict were both flavorful and well-prepared.
That said, a few things held the experience back. Even though the restaurant was only about half full, the noise level was surprisingly high. Some additional sound‑dampening would go a long way toward making the dining room more comfortable. Until that’s addressed, the patio might be the better choice for anyone sensitive to noise.
We also noticed a cockroach next to our table. The hostess handled it quickly and professionally, but it was still concerning to see during a meal. Finally, the bacon appeared to be cooked in bulk on a sheet pan, which left it a bit flat and lacking crispness — a small detail, but one that’s easy to improve.
In short: good food, friendly staff, and potential to be a great brunch spot with a few operational tweaks.
