We like this place very much. It is not for everyone's taste, though. The menu is very simple, but well fitting together. The food is very basic in the most positive way, well prepared from good ingredients. The service is very swift and friendly. The waiting for your order is short. Music is not too loud and to my liking. Prices are very reasonable as well. If you are interested in such an experience, I definitely recommend it.

A charming restaurant with an old-fashioned atmosphere and genuinely delicious food, prepared with care. The portions are generous, and the service is excellent. The large steak dish is a standout, highly recommended, especially alongside the fresh salad with Bulgarian cheese and the mushrooms stuffed with cheese. Every dish was full of flavor! For dessert, the Nutella cake was rich and delightful, the perfect way to finish the meal. I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next visit to Ashdod.

Gambrinus has good food, big portions, and a basic selection of decent beers. The atmosphere is rustic and simple (in a good way) and so is the quick service. We had a good time and left full and happy.

This place is good. The portions are big and hearty, and they have a good selection. The waiter is there to help and will gladly offer his advice if he thinks you're taking too much food. The meat quality isn't incredible, but for this price I wasn't expecting anything more. The meat in the oven had a very sweet sauce, but was cooked just right, not overdone! Impressive!

Its nice, quite expensive but quite alright, food is of decent quality and staff are nice enough, nothing to blow you away, just good dinning at a decent area of Ashdod. I'd say its above average for restaurant in Israel outside of Tel Aviv.
