After not being able to get on our flight due to current weight restrictions, it was nice that this hotel was able to accommodate us at the last minute. It is connected to the main terminal and took 5 minutes to walk there. The staff was very empathetic to our situation and allowed us to extend the room a little longer after not being able to get on the morning flight the next day. They held our luggage until we were finally able to get a flight back around midnight. They were so accommodating during the entire time and we highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this airport hotel for two separate nights during our transit. There were three adults in our group, and we booked the family room with three beds. The room was very spacious where we were able to lay out all our luggage on the floor comfortably while packing, which was a huge plus. What I really appreciated about this hotel is its direct connection to the airport. There’s no need to take a shuttle bus; it’s about a 15–20 minute walk from the main terminal. Since we had several large suitcases, it took us a bit longer to walk, but the convenience was still excellent. The only caveat is that the building itself is a little old, but it provides everything you need for a transit stay which is clean, comfortable, and practical. We also used the luggage storage service so we didn’t have to bring all our bags into Japan during our trip. Storage is free for the first day and then charged at HKD 20 per day thereafter. The pricing is very reasonable compared to the airport storage services. A special shoutout to July from the ground staff, who was incredibly helpful and assisted us with the luggage storage arrangements. Her friendly service made our stay much smoother.

Review is long overdue. This is by far the most convenient airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at, as it’s directly connected to the terminal. The price is very reasonable given its proximity to the airport. If you need an airport hotel, this should be your top choice; there’s really no need to look elsewhere. The rooms are spacious, even by non-Asian standards, and consistently comfortable. I stay here every time I pass through Hong Kong, and the experience is always excellent. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this place.

I stayed at Regal Airport Hotel before my flight back to Bali, and for airport convenience this was easily one of the best choices. What I liked most was the location. When you have an early flight or simply want a low-stress departure, staying right next to the airport makes a huge difference. The hotel is directly connected to Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1, so the whole transition feels much easier and more comfortable. The room was comfortable for transit and proper rest before flying. What also stood out to me was the practicality of the whole stay. Even outside the room, the flow felt easy. There were staff and porter support near check-in, and the overall environment felt well prepared for travelers managing luggage and flight schedules. This is the kind of hotel that understands what airport travelers actually need: comfort, strategic location, and a smoother start to the journey. If you are flying out of Hong Kong and want something truly convenient, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
