Staff are so friendly. I was in at a very busy time, late in the evening. There was only one girl working, she was so nice and got to me as quickly as possible. Great service.
Went into Juice Jar Lisburn Road, Naoise looked after me and was genuinely excellent, friendly, attentive, and clearly knew the menu well. Gave solid recommendations and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed rather than rushed. 10/10
I waited over 30 minutes for two juices while the staff were chatting and laughing in the back, completely unaware my order hadn’t been made. When I finally got their attention, they claimed the drinks had already been prepared — but no one else had come into the shop except the two men behind me, who ordered coffees and left. One of the girls insisted she had made the juices and that “someone must have lifted them,” when in reality the order had simply been forgotten. There was no apology, just a casual “we’ll make them up again now.” Really disappointing service.
Horrible experience!!! blonde server was so rude, the table and chairs were messy and unclean, I ordered a coffee and melt and it came very sloppy. when Iasked for it to be remade i was snapped at and it seemed like the girl didn't want to be there. staff should make it right if you dont want to remake it again then...
Was at the lisburn rd JJ this morning (23rd Aug) at around 8:15 and the girl was so lovely!! açai was stunning as always would love a north belfast store🙏
